viewing is one thing....you do not get much out of that.

For images of a CMOS matrix, you would have to have the ability to reconstruct the state of the cells viewed ("on or off so to speak) and what they represent digitally.

IMO....they do not have to get down to that level....they will review the components that interact with the memory....on board controller and periphery working memory and how they're signalling.

It's going to be interesting to see if SIM cards are involved in some manner.
