In the NORMAL Market conditions, if you placed an order at ASK, it would get filled and then the ASK would be raised higher with the BID following upwards too...

This morning for example as soon as an ORDER was filled at the ASK of $.11, the BID remained at $.10, and the ASK was dropped to $.108...

The good NEWS is that the Level II shows a rising BID. Etrade i now bidding at $.10, and they were in the $.085 range lat week...

Clearly, the MMs are not selling and are trying hard to hold it till the NEWS hits...
