Who knows what DM has up it sleeves......Could be EDig has such a strong case that one or more of these guys might not want to take it as far as it will go and accept a deal which would be much less now than if all this came out in the wash at a trial....I don't think DM would be so merciful then......'I KNOW NOTHING FACTUAL" and state that here but the indications, hints, clues, which I know LL will ridicule, from RP is HIS expectations that settlements will take place long before the legalities run their course
