It's taken almost as long(10 months from filing) to get a Markman date for the Vivitar case, as was allotted for the "whole" of the Intel case(14 months).
6 months is not enough , however, to the other extreme of 3 years(not 2) in total to get a Markman, is toooooo much.
Stinks IMO...If it were a two year process(24 months) to get to Markman, that would be fine, but, it's not.
