The TGE billion dollar OEM was announced in 2004...

Sman998's question was ...

"If you look at page 5 of form 10 - k you notice following statement;

2003 - licensed our digital audio to multi - billion dollar ASIAN OEM for branding to GATEWAY COMPUTERS.

DOES THIS MULTI - BILLION DOLLAR ASIAN COMPANY ON THE TOP OF THE LIST OF OUR PATENT INFRINGERS ?

AND HOW COME AFTER ALL THESE YEARS WE DONT KNOW THE NAME OF THIS ASIAN COMPANY."

The Digitalway reference relates to Gateway....

"In September 2003, e.Digital announced the royalty bearing licensing of its Odyssey 1000 Personal Digital Jukebox Platform to a multi-billion dollar Asian OEM. Under the terms of the agreement, the Asian OEM provides manufacturing services of a 1.8" version of the Odyssey 1000 platform for specific OEM branding while e.Digital supplies the technology, software, firmware and
upgrades to the products. It is through this Asian OEM that the Gateway DMP-X20 was brought to market."

"Jim Collier, President and COO of e.Digital said, "The Odyssey 1000 sets the standard by which all other portable entertainment products will now be judged. It is the result of our first joint project with our strategic development partner Digitalway."

With regard to Gateway.....Collier comments say it's Digitalway
