Not at all intended to be negative,but and I think most will agree.If we continue lose $600,000+ a quarter we will in big do-do real fast.I hate to say it but IMO something HAS TO very soon.

It is my understanding that we are increasing to number of shares to obtain another $750,000 in operating funds,( I could be wrong) So IMO nobody in the right mind would agree to this after review of our past history....Unless they know something positive that we don't know.
