DM has already stated (a fact) that it won't take a case of IP infringement unless it is positive it has a 75% of winning that case. I don't remember if the above refers to taking a case for a client that PAYS it's fees or to a case it takes on CONTINGENCY. If the above refers to a paying client then just how sure is DM when it takes a client like EDig ON CONTINGENCY????

You are waffling on DM and its capabilities.....The only problem I have with this whole affair is NOT IN LOSING ANY OF THE CASES, but in just how damn long it may take to win.

I am not getting any younger and want to be able to spend my well gotten gains before I get as old as LL....
