There could be a lot going on between that new customer, any new eVU business brewing, the WAEA show the week before the shareholders meeting and September marking the one year anniversary for the first patent infringement suit against Vivitar....or it could be rather dull, in light of the fact that all these events lie pretty much out of their hands.

I am of the opinion that they should have some DM representation at the shareholders meeting to help elucidate on the process and share their vision with shareholders...no specifics of course.

It adds credibility and should help shore up investor confidence and help focus investors on the opportunity DM saw in EDIG's patent portfolio.

Also, they should introduce Pat Nunally to shareholders and have him share his perspective considering he helped ptsc along and was fundamental in EDIG's patent ventures.

They could make this a good meeting, or we could just vote and go home....lol.
