Summary Judgment On Hold As LG, Quanta Mull Deal

On the eve of a summary judgment motion hearing, LG Electronics Inc. and Quanta Computer Inc. are negotiating a settlement that would lay to rest their long-running patent battle that went all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court on the issue of downstream royalty fees.
