I see your point but would not DM have the only inside information on EDig's IP?? AFTER THEY MADE THEIR OFFER....Perhaps a gentleman and lawyer, who posts on this board and who seems to be turning into a good guy, would know the legal procedure on something like this.

All the firms would have to know SOMETHING in depth about EDig's patents and GENERALLY some infringers involved in order to know if there was merit in taking on the case, but would they have to know what DM now knows in order to make their decision?

Since these other firms were not accepted by EDig it would logically seem to me they would not have conflicts of interest with other clients since they did not know the "nitty gritty" of EDig's IP...
