My 10-year old has a homework question that I think may be a trick question. Any math whizzes out there?

"What is the name of a quadrangle that has two pairs of equal sides that is NOT a parallelogram?"

I don't see how any quadrangle with two pairs of equal sides isn't also a parallelogram. Am I missing something here?
