"The company claims low price drove the win..." Makes one wonder if they are using any of the information from the lawsuit regarding eDig's pricing points as a competitive lever. Or maybe they recognize they could ultimately lose the suit and are somehow mitigating the damages with low sale prices? Perhaps the service portion of the agreement is where they intend to make the money. Assuming a win for eDig are the service portions of revenues conidered in any settlement?
