I noticed ARCA, who has been posting its usual 25k share bid at .080 (and does not appear until a few seconds after market open) today is showing up prior to market open, at the top of the bid at .085. at 11,000 shares.

It appears they are moving up.... at this moment they are not even posting their usual 'ask' 2 cents above their bid.
