will bring the WAEA and the first 'annual' shareholder meeting in 3 years. Seems like something ought to happen. Less than 3 weeks to go now.
WB has never presided over a shareholder meeting for e.Digital. How will he approach that task? Will he come forward and speak at length for the company or will he keep a low profile letting RP/FF do most of the talking for him? (I'm very curious about this - not that it really matters, I guess)
I have learned not to expect much, yet if they can create even a little anticipation for sales/settlements sooner rather than later (by the end of 2008?), then it may well be a positive happening. A significant announcement would be most welcome of course but I'll settle for some honest and reasonable forward guidance at this point. Hopefully the relatively quiet summer doesn't mean that progress hasn't been made on all fronts - and hopefully they'll want to share at least some of the details with us.
Not to get mine or anyone else's hopes up too much, but it keeps occurring to me that whenever something really positive does happen, it's going to have been totally unexpected. I've added some shares in the past few weeks because I think the time is about right for something good. No guarantee but also no denying that some kind of news is on the horizon. Either the WAEA/SHM combination presents us with some welcome news... or the whole thing fizzles. Place your bets.
