One would certainly think that anyone in thier right mind would not aquire a company that had a major lawsuit hanging over them.IMO they would have said settle all law suits before we put a price on the table.There would be no way of quessing how much of a settlement might be at stake unless they agreed on a very, VERY low sell price.
