KPMG...just have to love who will notice e.Digital's patent infringement cases as they move forward on the Vivitar front.

And the one bright spot in today's UGLY market was SNDK...and the emphasis on their FLASH business...an up pops EDIG again at some point with their case against SAMSUNG.
