If we new how much the transfer was from Syntax/Vivitar to Saka/Vivitar, we could get a fair idea of what took place.

IMO...un-encumbering e.Digital would be nothing more than a formality picked up by Santax.

We do not get a formal ruling on what I considered to be image sensor tech related...but hey...we move forward a bit. It would remove some of the tensions for all.

Saka at that point would be part of the family where future pursuits of DM and image sensor tech benefit them.
