With regard to Saka two options.

I doubt he was ignorant of any part of the existing Vivitar circumstance.

1. he bought cheap for short term opportunist gains not caring about the name or e.Digital.

or...

2. he bought for the long haul, which at some point, would have to take e.Digital's cause into consideration.



I tend to lean on #1...only because of his current offerings....he has a stable of current licensed brand name and he puts out junk under them.

Why would he do differently with the Vivitar name? I note what is written in the press of the market he expects to compete, but that means nothing.

He may have picked up Vivitar cheaper they any one of the current licenses he exploits.
