I don't remember RP stating the numbers you provide.
In my opinion they are low and we could justify much more. I base any setlement on profits, not just on revenue. Estimate the profit margins on 20B to approximate 10%, probably more, then we are looking at a 2 billion net profit number. One could say that we are entitled to a minimum of 10% of their profits, which calculates to 200 million, and that is based on winning the initial ten lawsuits.
I also believe that to initiate a strong future business plan would have to involve considerable expenditures in engineering to develop multiple products to sell into multiple market segments.
Secondly, a good portion should be allocated towards a strong acquisition program.
As to a stock buyback, maybe a couple of years down the road after the long tern business plan has been put into effect.
