Total known about 50 mil or less than 20% of the total, the rest are in the hands of individuals and brokers.

I would think that they may have a poison pill to expand the stock by a 2 or 3 factor making it more difficult for any entity to purchase controlling interest. Of course other avenues are available.

Am I missing something based on your comments about proxies?
