5-10 mil is all we need to start the ball rolling.

A settlement would indicate a favorable markman ruling and set the precedent for the next seven cases already filed.

It would provide enough for operating expenses for several quarters and also give the incentive for DM to carry on with the lawsuits. It would also cover some of their expenses to date and set up a fund to cover future expense until favorable rulings on the remainder of the suits filed to date.

It's the best scenario considering the overall infringement process currently in place.

The pps will ultimately improve as new settlements become a reality, this is what we are waiting for, multiple and sustained income from winning lawsuits.
