IMO....the only way we get those numbers is if a large chunk of the Santax proceed goes for paying off the encumberance.

Keep in mind that Santax purchased Vivitar in last qt 06...we file suite last qt 07....how far back do we reach for back compension?

Santax did not build much on the Vivitar name....were they stuck with all prior infringement? Could this same process happen for Saka if not resolved?

Santax bought Vivitar unencumbered and got hit out of the blue...this process de-valued Vivitar to some degree.

Saka is buying a fixer upper....he's going to have to put something into it aware of the problem.

What's fair...we're not getting a ruling...and Syntax never had a chance to do anything with Vivitar.
