Reviewing the particulars of the Syntax, Vivitar, Sakar, deal...do you recognize it to be a thin deal with really nothing there, or do you consider it to be substantial?

IMO....in this particular case e.Digital and DM only walk away with substance if the deal is substantial.

Keeping in mind the current atmosphere and last known value of Vivitar as 26mil....with out a lot of verbiage....Thin or Substantial?
