2. Or, do they feel their process, as a stand between in front of any analog conversion, is strong enough to stand on its own and not be involved with anyone?

I feel #2 is true....however, how do we get that ball rolling forward in order to create a more robust bottom line, if we're standing on the out side looking in?

I feel the Vivitar brand could be jointly developed between Sakar and e.Digital....as a 50/50 stand alone entity.

I feel what e.Digital brings to the table, more than off sets what Saka paid for the Vivitar brand name, tying edig to it 50/50.

I'm hoping e.Digital management are not gun shy....lol

Some where in the mix, I see something better than a forward license. Lets start creating some real assets.

As I read SP's comments, bulk settlements cover back compensation mainly....and a license is handed out as a form of appreciative gesture...lol

I agree with jefother....I don't know how to measure the value of a forward license....I do know that a 50/50 split with a company in the right sector allows that forward license to stay current rather than static.
