Thin, very thin.....I do not expect much in the way of any settlement but then again all on this board never expected the initial IP infringer filing against Vivitar to be anything other than a "Path Finder" for those "big boys" to come. That has been discussed aud nauseum here.

I do believe ANY settlement where Vivitar admits to using EDig''s IP illegally, without EDig's persmission, and validates what EDig's IP actually is, to be profound and if others (the unholy 7) are using the same IP then the settlement, even is less than substantial would be greatly worth it.....
