I think you'll find that management will release details of the shareholders meeting by the end of this week or early next week. This is the way it has worked in the past. I tried looking up old Shareholder alert announcements to provide background on what I'm suggesting but all the sources I previewed didn't have a historical record much longer than 1 year. The cost of a webcast can't be more than a couple of thousand $, if that. In the scheme of things, my feeling is that, that cost is well worth it. I think the notion of having a shareholders meeting without a webcast to be senseless. Sorry I got sucked into this discussion.
