To satisfy my curiosity I called EDig......A lot of you should do so everynow and then. It would save a lot of angst....

I have talked to RP in those offices quite a few times so I am familiar with the layout. Dischino described the set up correctly but left the impression there was not much room for the meeting. I talked with Sheree, RP's and others secretary/receptionist and asked her how many EDig was expecting.

About the same as the last SHM....I was at that meeting and maybe 30-40 people showed up.

EDig has "measured" the conference room and has come to the conclusion they can fit 60 chairs to accomodate that many shareholder with an aisle in the middle and a dais.

So it does look as if EDig expects to have room for who they believe will show up.......

I don't believe EDig is trying to "crowd" us in, give us no news, and get us out as soon as possible.

This just could possibly be a decent meeting....
