Based on the activities of the last week, I can forecast that this

firm expects to announce a Fortune 100 company equity/licensing deal

in the very near future - and we should expect to see the stock at

$1 or more near-term as a result.

In fact, management borrowed $10 million from XXX Capital to be

ready for this deal it appears. Why?

Put yourself in their position: if you had a Fortune 100 firm like

Microsoft or Intel talking about taking a 19.9% position in your

company AND a licensing deal for $5M or so, would YOU want to make

the final terms with just $2M in the bank?

No way!

The deal will be final confirmation that their proprietary
