Please tell me - is there a conference room at Edig's headquarters, and if they put in tiny chairs, will they be able to fit 60 people? What if they put in standard size chairs. How wide is a standard size chair anyway? Are there fire code regulations which would dictate egress lengths of travel and corresponding aisle widths considering depth of seating? How should this effect notice of material events at the shareholder meeting?
