If you were responsible for conducting a share holders meeting, do you think you would have a prepared speech? An agenda? What if you were asked questions that you could not answer for a variety of legal reasons? What if at the time your stock was booming not because of any fundamental reasons but because the speculative market conditions at the time, would you then announce at the ASM that your stock was really worthless? Do you think that all other companies given the same situation would behave differently?

We have an entirely different CEO with a track record to this point of success and a reputation of being a straight shooter. We are also in a different market climate and have filed suit against some fairly big hitters. What do you think our stock would have climbed to if we had then what we have now?
