There's no telling where Sandisk stands in this situation. They operated 5 or 6 years before taking on Msystems.

No telling what they where doing in that early time frame.

For now I have to figure they're operating with the IP of Msystems.

What has to be kept in mind, Msystems(Ban) IP is prior art defined and compared to the claims of e.Digital IP teachings.

They know exactly where they're at in the big picture.

If they cheat they might get spanked double hard.
