Silver's posting of the latest Pacer regarding BOW and his trumped up case against EDig.

The two rulings by the court go HEAVILY against BOW. If I were him I would not want any of what the court says I have to comply with happen. It's devistating.....

When those supeona's are complied with they will show that BOW, did indeed, use EDig's IP and tech and will also show BOW HAS NO CASE against EDig..

BOW will not allow that to happen.....I look for this case to be settled very soon. BOW will try to make it happen on his terms but if EDig's lawyers keep doing the job in the excellant manner they have been I don't think that will occur.
