In fact, I would not be the least bit surprised if the Summary Judgement requested by EDig was granted. If you read it closely, AND, what it says has merit to court, this case will be over....except for EDig going after BOW for using our tech in his XT....

I think this is a really big deal....I feel one of the, if not the, most damning facets of why EDig is treading water right now, is BOW and his attempt at stealing EDig's IP.Once it is over in EDig's favor then we all should see EDig "DOING THINGS THAT HAVEN'T BEEN DONE THIS PAST YEAR OR SO".

I know that's kind of a stupid statement but you know what I mean.
