Makes sense. Vivitar is further along and Pacer has had more filings associated with their case, but it does appear that DM may be pursuing different strategies with the other 7. I must say that I love the thought that these 'several meetings' might mostly have been with the big boys and with them asking 'how much to make this go away?' Were that the case, DM and RP would surely be licking their chops.
