Sorry to keep some in suspense just got back from dinner. Boy if that wasn't a "let's get it over with meeting" I don't know what is. Sunpoop, PN. LOL! Did you hear me snoring? Ok, here's my take:
First, I did see who the "9th/10th" infringer is, and I know what damage this could cause knowing they said we weren't supposed to see it and looking back at history when shareholders "ACTUALLY CALLED" eDIG'S potential customers, of which some were scared away. So, I will just tell you all in the best interest of EVERYONE involved it is the "largest" cell phone maker and starts with an N. KEEP YOUR GUESSES TO YOUR SELVES!!!
Secondly, Robert was 100% confident there'd be early settlements. There's only one way he could be this positive to me and it would be because there's a deal(s) already to go!!! Very HUGE and what we've ALL been waiting for.
R.P. is expecting 100's of millions of revenue from licensing agreements from the "FIRST TIER PLAN." The second tier "patent plan, will be ALOT BIGGER!
Thirdly, they have great interest in other industries for the eVU, but need captial to seed these other customers. They are looking for "partners" or revenue from licensing or?
Fourthly (good red wine at dinner) P.N. said compared to PTSC, e.digital's patents were way easier to see and present (cake walk, my interpret) and therefore this was alot smoother and alot less convuluted than the prior company PTSC to show infringement to infringers. It's easy!
Lastly, they have money and they feel 50mil is ALL they'll need ever again. He also is so enamored with where they're (EDIG) at and he mentioned in joking that unless a company offered 21.00 bucks a share, their not interested!
My conclusion..... BIG NEWS sooner than later!
