For for good reasons, nice move, I aplaud the EDIG BOD, and they know what they are doing, and I've said this for a few weeks , as in no "material events at the SHM."

For those of us who were there, this move is the only way to go, from a legal point of view.

We will all cheer in time with the smart calculated moves of the EDIG BOD and DM folks.
