Of course there is and I agree they said that however we still don't know what aspects of the 5 listed patents are the violations the infringers used.....

For instance if patent number 5, (and I am making this up just for a point) was to insure EDig invented a way to keep water cold in their office water cooler, what would that have to do with the "pointed", "dead on" referral to be soley going after infriners that used EDig's patented Removable Flash Memory that records and playsback audio...

I don't know......perfectly will to admit that.....I do know that it was stated by both RP and PN that patent 774. for Removable Flash memoy..etc... was what EDig was all about and what the infringers were being sued for...

Perhaps Doni, who I am sure knows what all the patents are about, can tell us if they are relevant to the specifice focus of Removavle Flash..etc....
