We are largely covered right now in suing "Apple" by naming Samsung as an infringer? Samsung has been and continues to be the major supplier to Apple for all their flash-based ipods as far as I know. I don't know why this just occurred to me but I believe that I am correct in this and wouldn't be surprised to learn that Samsung's integration of the flash memory and therefore the infringing may have occurred largely on their end and perhaps less so with Apple proper.
