You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
And THAT makes it plausable that one of the "Settlements" to be announced will come from that grouping, but for gods sake don'e start calling them for confirmation?...Lol...Lol...
