By multiple accounts, one of the next two infringers will be THE giant of the cell phone industry.
Apparently it is no longer a matter of shareholder fantasies and speculation but rather black and white print before the eyes of shareholders at a public meeting.
That one lawsuit alone could be of the magnitude of post shareholder meeting accounts...perhaps...and if that is the case, oh my gawd.
