Where would the SS system be today had they implemented that policy when the DOW was under 1000?

It's a long term policy concept which support the idea, at least for a portion to participate in our own markets, conservatively...which would mean EDIG would be a large portion of the portfolio...lol.

This too will pass....meanwhile October 28th will be here before we know it.
