Also wanted to mention some key upcoming events:

• Vivitar and EDIG are ordered to disclose any settlement agreements that have been made by 01 Oct 08. The Court order actually says, "each party must disclose to every other party", so hopefully they'll also disclose to the Court.
  
• digEcor and EDIG have a Settlement Conference with the Court on 01 Dec 08. Just a last minute offering to all parties to mediate before the trial on 5 Jan 09.
