FWIW......I and everyone else at the SHM DISTINCTLY HEARD PN and RP state they were at many settlement meetings.....I emphasize the "many". PN stated he enjoyed these meetings because it was simple to prove to the "potential infringer" of their infringement by asking the alleged infringer to record audio on their device, remove the audio "chip" then playback the audio on their device.

If the audio could not be played on the device without the "chip" being in it then "VIOLLA" You infringed....PN was quite enthused about stating this simplistic was of determining infringers, I am sure there is more to it, but that was the basic and he smiled when explaining this to us.

RP chimed in with his, almost complaints, about being to so many of these he was tired of going to them

RP also stated at least 3 times that "DM WAS COMPLETELY CALLING THE SHOTS" on this endevor.

Putting all this together it can only mean the RP and PN were operating at the behest of DM and would almost surely have had DM attorneys present at these meetings.

To mean, that means "SETTLEMENT"discussions are ongoing as we speak and from the tenor of the discussion it did not sound as if THEY HAD JUST STARTED.

That's what I heard and understood. Others were there, did you hear the same thing?
