I'm in the library now and when I read the fantastic news, I let out a holler, "Validation!". Librarian gave me a dirty look. LOL. Has to be for at least 5 million I would think. Probably got a discount for being the first to settle.

Since a major electronics manufacturer looked at EDIG's IP and agreed to settle, more settlements will be coming!

Just checked PACER for a possible filing showing who settled but nothing there...will check tonight. If it's a current defendant, I'm pretty sure they'll let the Court know they agreed to settle and are now in effect out of the lawsuit.
