Yes, you did miss the fact that (1) there is a status conference set for 10/28/2008 in TEXAS, and that (2) the reports from the SHM have been that there are two "SettlementS" that will be reported very soon, one of which was reported last Thursday and the next may be any day now, with good probability it will occur before 10/28/08 or 11/15/07 when the 10Q is due for quarter ending 9/30/08...
