81,650 shares were bought below .14 (yesterday's close).

I have eliminated all duplicate trades (the only two below .140 not duplicated were the exceptions.. the last trade at .136 for 100 shares and one trade at .145 (bid) just 9 minutes before (for 5,000 shares) which were not duplicated).

This leaves 611,817 shares apparently traded when I subtract the duplicate trades which appeared at the exact same time and size (to the second and share amount).

So based on the 81,650 shares left over, it would appear that only 13.35% of today's shares were traded below yesterday's close.

I guess the MMs did not want to paint a BUY CONFIRMED today... we were left with a BUY-IF alert since a confirmation today is denied, and the pattern is not rejected yet since the day was not a long black candlestick one.
