I`d be cautious about buying real estate now perhaps, but not EDIG at .18 with the digEsystem about to debut...but then, that`s me...lol.
You`re one of a few who agree with me on that issue...
I`m stuck in limbo at the moment...till this residential red hot market cools off a bit.
