2008 EDIG ASM report by DISCHINO

After reading all the comments, everyone has posted true facts, and I aplaud them for doing so. Before I post my notes from the meeting...

1. There was a PP Presentation and I was wrong.

2. They moved out the conf table, put in 50 folding chairs, so I was wrong. The sign in sheet had 43 names. There may have been a few who did not sign in, but it was definately 50 or less.

3. No webcast per RP was " to protect privacy as we are at a critical stage."

4. All proxy items passed, even before the meeting obviously, and 2 guys filled out the proxy statements during the meeting.

3. PN gave a great presentation to solidfy our IP stuff..we are about to be blessed IMO.

4. Per RP, it takes 2-3 years from a filing (of which there has been 8 thus far, and 150 - 200 in total as time goes on so to speak, which will be filed based on DM's decision, due to the fact that this is a contingency deal only. 60% to EDIG & 40% to DM. Trials are not expected based on the costs etc per RP. As $ comes in to cover DM financial exposure, they will pusue additional cases.

5. There are now, based on the approved proxy, 350 Mln shares, and 226 Mln holders...I was shocked at this figure, as someone told me in the lobby, only 5000?

6. WB, AC, RP & FF were there, as others could not attend being out of towm for various reasons.

7. Patent # 5,491,774 which is their portfolio started in 1994 & runs until 2017 per Pat N., and RP backed that up.

8. FF PP Pres on eVU was fantastic, and a great job he did with the presenation.

9. In 2006, 30 Bln in sales of product, by "150 - 200 companies" per RP, used our IP. OMG is my comment on this one!

10. Per RP, "our goal is to obtain a one time settlement of licensing agreements."

11. Per RP, "there are 150 to 200 settlements to be filed by DM as time goes on, and DM is footing the bill until they are successful with the 1st few that have been filed. They will continue based on their decision."

12. Per RP, "we expect settlements before the Markman hearing."

13. Per RP, the process takes 2-3 years before a settlement is reached, assuming there is no trial, which is not expected due to the costs etc" or words to that effect.

14. Per RP, "there are 100's of Mlns at stake for licensing agreements at stake."

THIS IS THE BEST I CAN DO FROM MY NOTES, AND I WELCOME SOME HELP HERE, IN THE EVENT I HAVE NOT BEEN ACCURATE.

For those who have posted before me, great job and I thank you, but we should have gone to Hooters down the street and tipped a few!!

We are in for some big stuff to follow based on what I witnessed.
