we should have several settlements back to back.I can only compare this to what happened with PTSC. Once they had one or two under thier belt they signed another 3-4 back to back. In about 2 1/2 years they have signed 50 or so.I'm not sure how DM is presenting it to the bad guys but If he is saying pay a little now or a whole lot later then IMO several will take advantage of the lower rate and sign on the dotted line.
