Intel had brought its Big guns and was going to "BLAST PTSC OFF THE MAP", ( not my words, but those of someone we know and love who was responding to my then comment that at $.04 cent PTSC was a good buy), cross complaining against PTSC on its own behalf and on behalf of numerous big companies who were INTEL'S customuers...

The law suits were consolidated before Judge PATEL and I was at the HEARING, where she dismissed the motions of Intel, etc. and had all the law suits transfered to Rocket Docket in Texas...

Shortly after that Intel found out that they shared the Moore patent with one of the patents PTSC was tryting to enforce, and settled with PTSC to give it "VALIDATION" it needed...

With EDIG "VALIDATION" did not come that easy. And even Samsung,( if they indeed are the No. 1 "settlement"), had to be comvinced the hard way that it is in their interest to "Settle" now, as they would be subject to punitive damages if a jury decided in favor of EDIG...
